The Communikit Team had a blast participating in The Annual FCM Tradeshow this month in Edmonton!

About the conference

FCM’s Annual Conference and Trade Show is Canada’s largest pan-Canadian gathering of elected officials. More than 1,500 local leaders met at the Edmonton Convention Centre, June 4–7, 2026, under the theme Building the future together, as FCM marked 125 years of municipal leadership.

At the Trade Show

Over the weekend, we met Municipal Leaders from across Canada and introduced them to Communikit and how it can streamline communication to residents. It was a pleasure to meet and learn from delegates from across the country and to hear about their communication strategies and challenges.

There was one common trend: A call to modernize in 2026.

Our first-ever Communikit Event

We also hosted our first-ever Communikit Event, during which our development team unveiled some groundbreaking features in the works. Our team has been working hard to make an unforgettable entrance into the Municipal space, including a new pricing model with no up-front costs! We truly believe our technology can revolutionize Municipal communications by providing an all-in-one hub for residents.
